Reservation/Cancellation Policy
Our reservation/cancellation policy is similar to the travel indusry (i.e. airline). A credit card deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Cancellations charges or loss of deposit may apply if less than 7 days notice. Full charges will apply for cancellations less than 24 hours notice. All cancellation charges will be credited towards a reschedule within 1yr of the original departure date.
The company will provide a full refund if a charter is cancelled due to inclement weather, unsafe sea conditions and/or equipment availabilty.
Mate/Guide Gratuity Policy
A mate/guide is provided on most charters. Guide fees are NOT included in the base price. Our guides are experienced professionals and work solely for gratuity. Please consider the mate/guide when booking your charter. 20% is customary for the industry.
